Mixed Greens with Pears and Raspberries
serves 4

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the vinegar, apple juice, olive oil and honey. Season to taste.
  2. Toss with the greens, then plate. Garnish with the pear, raspberries and goat cheese.
  3. Serve chilled.
